The present invention relates to a non-rotating card holding apparatus, comprising a frame 7 having a set of three grooves 6, 8, 10 for holding a card, a pair of notches 4 fabricated at top corners of the frame 7, wherein placement of the notches 4 results in reverting back the frame 7 to its initial position, a set of two finger recess 5, 12 crafted in a curved shape for removal and insertion of the card inside the frame 7, a wearable string 1 connected with the notches 4 through a connecting component that is preferably multiple hooks 3, 9 and connecting pins 2, 14.
